At the meeting, Ba Aimin, general manager of Huiyu Company, reported the company's current production and operation, the layout and planning of the entire Huiyu Industrial Park, the problems existing in the construction project and the plan for the next step. The intelligent transformation project was reported in detail.

After listening to the report, Secretary Cheng said that enterprises should speed up the conversion of old and new kinetic energy, fully release production capacity and potential, Lijin County Party Committee and County Government actively create a good atmosphere for development, and relevant leaders of various departments must be responsible for healthy development of enterprises. Provide good services to enterprises in Binhai New Area and fully support the development of enterprises.

In view of the problems existing in the current development of Huiyu Company, Secretary Cheng also asked relevant departments to attach great importance to it, actively cooperate to solve the problem, ensure the smooth production and efficiency of the project, and realize the rapid development of Huiyu Company in Binhai New Area.

Shandong Huiyu New Material Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of pre-baked anodes and calcined cokes for electrolytic aluminum. The company has formed a comprehensive utilization of large-scale industrial solid waste petroleum coke in Huiyu Industrial Park - calcined post-coke - pre-baked anode - waste heat power generation for production and life in the park - and the final products all serve the circular economy development model of the electrolytic aluminum industry. Externally, the waste gas generated in the production process of calcined coke is used as a heat source to reuse the waste heat from production to generate steam to provide central heating to Binhai New Area enterprises and waste heat heating to urban residents. All of these have created a precedent in the carbon industry in terms of energy conservation, environmental protection, and circular economic utilization. The environmental benefits are good and the economic benefits are significant. The overall technology has reached the international advanced level in the aluminum carbon industry. In line with the above-mentioned concept of green, long-term and circular economy, two projects and a R & D center have been planned in the park, with a total investment of 2.7 billion yuan. They are the annual output of 1.2 million tons of carbon (pre-baked anode, calcined coke) and comprehensive utilization of waste heat (waste heat power station), the annual output of 50,000 tons of special resistant projects, and the carbon and special resistant R & D center.

After more than three years of construction and development, the power station with an annual output of 600,000 tons of calcined coke and 12MW waste heat has been completed and put into operation. It has advanced domestic carbon production equipment and process technology level, and has won 4 invention patents. The whole process of automatic control from raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the factory, all raw materials are transported in a closed type automatically, the quality inspection system is equipped with advanced inspection and testing equipment such as a spectrum analyzer from German Bruker Company, and the company's overall equipment configuration has reached the domestic leading level. With advanced production technology and excellent product quality, it has set a benchmark in the Asian carbon industry.
