On December 19, 2016, Cheng Qiulin, Secretary of the County Party Committee of Lijin County, and his party went to Shandong Huiyu Resource Recycling Industrial Park of Lijin Binhai New Area for investigation. At the site of Huiyu Resource Recycling Industrial Park, General Manager Ba Aimin reported the company's development strategic goals and five-year strategic plan to Secretary Cheng Qiulin and his party, and introduced the overall planning of Huiyu Resource Recycling Industrial Park, the production and operation of enterprises. Outstanding features and advantages as well as future development ideas, and through the comprehensive utilization of waste heat in the park - the construction of steam and waste heat power generation and heating projects, intelligent and digital manufacturing, green and long-term, and complete recycling of industrial park resources. Ba Aimin, general manager of Huiyu Resource Recycling Industrial Park, introduced the high-tech products of the special resistance project, silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide special refractory materials, to Secretary Cheng Qiulin and other leaders. The project has a design capacity of 50,000 tons/year in the industrial park, and plans to build a special resistance production project with an annual output of 20,000 tons in 2017.

 Ba Aimin said that Huiyu Industrial Park has planned two projects and a R & D center, namely the comprehensive utilization project with an annual output of 1.2 million tons of carbon and waste heat, the special resistance project with an annual output of 50,000 tons, and the carbon and special resistance research and development center. The industrial park project is based on Industry 3.0 as the minimum standard and Industry 4.0 as the best standard. The spirit of intelligent and digital manufacturing, green long-term, full utilization of resource recycling, optimization and revolutionary innovation is the strategic policy for construction and implementation. At present, the first phase of the comprehensive utilization project with an annual output of 1.2 million tons of carbon and waste heat has been fully completed and put into operation, and the second phase of the project is planned to start construction in 2017.

 After listening to the report of the general manager of Ba Aimin, Secretary Cheng Qiulin and other leaders spoke highly of the development and construction concept, design standards, comprehensive utilization of waste heat and supporting construction, operation and control of Huiyu Resources Recycling Industrial Park, and highly appreciated the high-tech products of Tenai Factory. It is hoped that Huiyu Company will actively adapt to the new normal of economic development, further change the development concept and way of thinking, clarify the development direction, increase project investment, and achieve better and faster development.
