Zhu Kaiguo and his party inspected the project on the spot, listened carefully to the report of Ba Aimin, chairperson and general manager of Huiyu Company, on the construction work of the project, understood the construction progress of the project in detail, and affirmed the early progress of the project.

"Shandong Huiyu Resources Recycling Industrial Park" has designed three projects and a R & D center, namely the comprehensive utilization project with an annual output of 1.2 million tons of carbon and waste heat, the annual output of 50,000 tons of special resistance project, the annual output of 50,000 tons of cathode project, Carbon and special resistance R & D center.

The first to start construction is the comprehensive utilization project of carbon and waste heat with an annual output of 1.2 million tons. The project brings together years of innovation and optimization by Huiyu Company, Aluminum Corporation of China, Tsinghua University, China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and other cooperative units. The project is designed and constructed in line with the policy of "intelligent and digital manufacturing, resource recycling, and green long-term development", and strives to make the project a high-quality project and a model project.
