01　Company Profile

 　　Shandong Huiyu New Material Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Yujia New Material Co., Ltd. It was established in 2015, covering an area of 646 mu with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is located in Binhai New Area, Dongying Port Economic Development Zone. It is engaged in the production and sales of carbon for electrolytic aluminum. The company has formed a comprehensive utilization of large-scale industrial solid waste petroleum coke in Huiyu Industrial Park - calcined post-coke - waste heat power generation for special resistant project production - and the final products all serve the circular economy development model of the electrolytic aluminum industry. Externally, the waste gas generated in the calcined coke production process is used as a heat source to reuse the waste heat of production to generate steam, supply heat to Binhai New Area enterprises, and heat waste heat to urban residents. These have created a precedent in the carbon industry in terms of energy conservation, environmental protection, and circular economic utilization. The environmental benefits are good and the economic benefits are significant. The overall technology has reached the international advanced level in the aluminum carbon industry. In line with the concept of green long-term and resource recycling, two projects and a R & D center have been planned in the park, namely the annual output of 1.2 million tons of carbon (calcined coke) and the comprehensive utilization of waste heat (waste heat power station) project, and the annual output of 50,000 tons Special Endurance Project, Carbon and Special Endurance R & D Center.
 
02　Project product and technical advantages
　　After more than three years of construction and development, the power station with an annual output of 600,000 tons of calcined coke and 12MW waste heat has been completed and put into operation. It has advanced domestic carbon production equipment and process technology level, and has won 2 invention patents. The whole process of automatic control from raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the factory, all raw materials are transported in a closed type automatically, the quality inspection system is equipped with advanced inspection and testing equipment such as a spectrum analyzer from German Bruker Company, and the company's overall equipment configuration has reached the domestic excellent level. With advanced production technology and excellent product quality, it has set the benchmark in the Asian carbon industry.
　　Shandong Huiyu Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is located in Binhai New Area, Dongying Port Economic Development Zone. It is a heat company jointly established by Shandong Huiyu New Material Co., Ltd. and Lijin Binhai Investment and Development Co., Ltd. for enterprises entering the area and residents of Diaokou Township., mainly engaged in the supply and sales of steam and heat, and the maintenance and management of heating facilities. The central heating project under construction takes the waste heat generated by the annual output of 1.2 million tons of carbon and waste heat comprehensive utilization project constructed by Shandong Huiyu New Material Co., Ltd. as the heat source. With the approval of the government, Huiyu Thermal Power Company is used as the heat source in the start-up area of Binhai New Area. The point is to implement centralized heating for enterprises entering the area, replacing coal-fired boilers and civil heating services in Diaokou Township, and realizing clean heating.
